Both DOZE and B3 are growing by leaps and bounds. Unfortunately, this means that we are quickly outgrowing the space that B3 can provide us for meetings just as B3 needs to expand into the space we’ve been using. DoctorScot has been checking out some of the local options and Jason Maineri has offered use of the clubhouse in his complex. It seems like a good space, and has affordable insurance rates to cover our consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Reminder: NHC 1st Round Entries are due Friday 4/14. Bring 1 bottle for first round, and store 3 for second round incase you place. Dick Fox has stepped up for the club again and chartered a bus to the Boont Beer Fest. The bus will be leave from and return to MoreBeer. Tickets will be sold in advance only, at the April DOZE meeting or from Jonathan in the B3 showroom. Tickets are $25 each, and do not include admission to the festival. Festival tickets are an additional $25 and must be purchased from Anderson Valley Brewing.

Our favorite Homebrew Supply Store is about to get in this years batch of Hop Rhizomes. They tend to sell out every year, so if you’re interested in growing your own hops this summer, let Jonathan know what you’d like and he’ll reserve it for you.
