August Meeting
We tasted the amber ales to decide which one should represent the club at NCHF. (Check the Recipes page for the Amber ingredients). Jason and Mike McDole tied for first, but Mike's beer goes because it's kegged. Congratulations to Mike!

We also decided that the next contest will be an open Belgians competition. Brew your favorite Belgian style and we'll judge all entries at a future meeting.

September Meeting Update
The September meeting will be held on

Monday, September 16

We will be tasting California Commons and IPAs to determine the NCHF club entries in these categories. Bring your brews and an eager palate.

The October meeting will be held at B3 on October 28.

The Northern California Homebrewers Festival is THIS MONTH!. September 20-21 at Skyline Park in Napa. Don't miss this - it's a great festival. And make sure you bring a bottle opener.
