March MeetingBay to Breakers. The Tiki Hut will be running again. Chris is going nekked. We need runners, pushers, bartenders. Contact Olin or Darren. Regan put together a really good talk about keggin'. There is not a lot of gear needed and it looks pretty easy. Regan says that the big thing with kegging is is to keep your equipment from getting all smeggy. The rest is just math.
Here are some of the numbers. After the meeting we got into tasting. Scott brought several Belgian beers for tasting. There were at least 2 of the 6 Trappist monestaries represented (Orval and Rochefort). (can you name the rest ... they are on the test!!) There was Chimay, Hoegarten, and Delerium Tremens, as well as a nice Framboise. Vanessa brought a mead, Mike M. brought a clean pale ale and a very "brown" amber. It was another good night.
